I got tagged by Amber again. :) It's cool because I like doing these anyway.

I was eating these delicious cookies today while on tinychat with my friend , May. These are called Hello Panda. They have three different types of fillings in them. Chocolate, strawberry, and I guess vanilla? They are sort of like YanYans in a way. They're really good and I'm addicted to them. I love the strawberry ones. They also have different themes printed on them. This one is sports.

1. I'm going to start my Senior year of high school on the 23rd.
2. I started driving today.
3. is my favorite number.
4. I'm going to visit California in November and I'm so stoked for it.
5. I'm still awaiting on an oral surgeons call to let me know if I need surgery or not. It's not for my wisdom teeth either.
6. You Me At Six is my current favorite band.
7. I'm going to start on this 750 pieces puzzle of Happy Days.
8. I recently got new glasses because my right eye's vision apparently got worse.
9. Some people actually ask me if I'm mixed with anything because I have a Spanish last name.
10. I'm really excited to see The Maine on the 17th. So much I can't explain it.

Cherry Cream Cheese Cookies
1 C powder sugar
2 tsp. vanilla1 C butter
2 C flour1 egg
Mix and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Heat oven to 350?. Form into 1” balls and place 2” apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. With your thumb, make an imprint in each cookie. Bake for 10 -12 min. and cool completely.

Filling:
1 C powder sugar
2 Tbl. flour3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla? C coconut
? C chopped red maraschino cherries

Glaze:
? C semi-sweet chips
3 - 4 tsp water1 Tbl. Butter? C powder sugar

In saucepan over low heat, mix chips and butter. Remove from heat and add sugar and water to make glaze. Drizzle over filled cookies. Refrigerate between wax paper.
